What do I get without paying?
Everything about the properties. All 3 listings, the full map with train stations, every filter, and the hazard data on each one. That is not a trial and it does not expire. Make a free account and you can keep 3 saved searches and 25 listings on a watchlist too.
Then what am I paying for?
Software that works on your behalf: alerts when a saved search finds something new, the price history behind every reduction badge, hazard reports, hospitals and convenience stores and well-liked places to eat around each listing, exports, and the API. You are paying for the tooling, not for permission to look.
What is the Founder plan?
It is Pro at $19 instead of $29, for as long as you keep the subscription. Same features, same everything we add later. It is our way of thanking the people who pay while the product is still young — and the price is locked, so it never goes up on you.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling drops you to Free, which still includes every listing. If you cancel a Founder plan and come back later, you rejoin at whatever the price is then.
Why is the data free?
Because we did not create it. Listings are published by municipalities and property owners; we index them and link back. Charging admission to someone else’s public listing would be both wrong and a worse product — an open catalogue is what makes Sumikoto findable in the first place.
Do you take a cut of a sale?
No. We are not a real estate agent and never act as one. Revenue is the subscription, full stop, so we have no reason to push you towards any particular property.
